Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Tap to Shine, I value your time and mine. To provide the best possible service and maintain fairness for all clients, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in the full session fee being charged or loss of session credit (for packages).
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your session without notice, it may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the same cancellation terms.
Refund Policy
- Completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Unused prepaid sessions or packages may be refunded upon request, minus any used sessions and administrative fees (if applicable).
- If you are unhappy with a service for any reason, please contact me directly—I’ll always do my best to find a compassionate and fair resolution.
