About EFT Tapping
What is EFT Tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), also known astapping, is a mind-body technique that involves gently tapping with fingers on specific acupuncture points (mostly on the face and upper body) while focusing on an emotional issue, physical discomfort, or limiting belief. It aims to reduce stress and rebalance the body’s energy system.
How does EFT Tapping work?
Every emotional experience is stored in your body—often showing up as tension, discomfort, or patterns of stress. EFT tapping works by gently stimulating specific meridian points (based on Chinese medicine) while you focus on a particular issue or emotion. This process helps clear those stored emotional patterns, offering relief from pain, anxiety, fear, and stress. Tapping calms the nervous system, reduces cortisol (the stress hormone), and interrupts the brain’s automatic stress response. Over time, it helps desensitize negative emotions and gently rewires limiting thought patterns.

How long does it take to see results?
Some people feel immediate relief after just one session. For others, especially with deeper or long-standing issues, it may take several sessions or regular tapping over weeks. The more specific and emotionally tuned-in the tapping, the more effective it tends to be.
Is EFT Tapping safe?
Yes — EFT is generally very safe, gentle, and non-invasive. It doesn’t involve reliving trauma in detail. That said, when working with trauma or strong emotions, it’s best to tap with a qualified professional to ensure emotional safety and support if needed.
Is EFT scientifically proven?
EFT is considered an evidence-based techniquefor anxiety, PTSD, and depression by some psychologists and researchers. Clinical studies show that tapping can significantly lower cortisol, reduce symptoms of anxiety and PTSD, and improve emotional regulation.
Do I need a practitioner or can I tap on my own?
You can absolutely tap on your own for general stress relief or common emotional issues. However, working with a certified EFT practitioner is recommended if you:
- Feel stuck
- Are dealing with trauma or deep emotional pain
- Want faster and more targeted results
Practitioner helps uncover core issues and guides the process safely and effectively.
How is a 1:1 EFT session different from tapping with a video or script?
Tapping along with a video or script is a great way to bring calm, release tension, and support your own well-being at home. It’s empowering and accessible anytime you need it.
A 1:1 session, on the other hand, goes much deeper. Together, we gently explore what feels most important for you in that moment, and I guide you step by step with tapping that’s fully tailored to your unique needs. This personal guidance often leads to faster and more profound shifts than practicing on your own.
About Sessions, Packages, and Payments
Can I pay monthly or in installments?
Yes! You can choose monthly payments through a fixed-term subscription, or pay in full and enjoy an additional discount — whatever feels right for you.
What’s the benefit of paying in full?
Paying in full gives you an additional discount as a thank-you for your commitment, while simplifying your experience.
What if I miss a payment?
No worries! Payments follow the schedule of your fixed-term subscription. If issues arise, contact us and we’ll help you manage them so you can continue your program smoothly.
How do I schedule my sessions?
After purchase, you’ll receive a welcome email with your exclusive booking link. Use my easy online booking system to schedule your sessions at times that work best for you.
How long do I have to complete my package?
While packages are designed for either 3 months (Awaken, Transform) or 6 months (Radiate, Shine) of focused transformation, life happens — and I’ve got your back.
Awaken and Transform: Up to 6 months to complete all sessions
Radiate and Shine: Up to 12 months to complete all sessions
No extra charges, no stress — you can move at a pace that supports you best.
Can I reschedule my sessions?
Yes! Flexibility is built into your program. Sessions can be rescheduled as needed, provided they are completed within your program’s completion window. To help me accommodate everyone, please try to reschedule at least 24 hours before your session—I won’t be able to make changes within the final 24 hours.
What is your cancellation policy for a single session?
If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If an emergency arises, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
Can I cancel my program?
If you need to cancel the entire program, please let me know within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that window, I’m happy to work with you to reschedule sessions within your program’s completion timeframe, but full refunds are not available once the program has started.
How does the fixed-term subscription work?
All Tap to Shine programs (Awaken, Transform, Radiate, Shine) use a fixed-term subscription model. Payments are automatically charged each month for either three months (Awaken, Transform) or six months (Radiate, Shine). Once the program ends, the subscription stops automatically — no extra charges, no surprises.
Even if life happens and you need more time to complete your sessions, you’ll have flexibility at no extra cost:
- Awaken: up to 6 months to complete 3 sessions
- Transform: up to 6 months to complete 6 sessions
- Radiate: up to 12 months to complete 9 sessions
- Shine: up to 12 months to complete 12 sessions
This ensures you can progress at a pace that works best for you, without losing any sessions or investment.
Are your sessions and packages suitable for beginners?
Yes! Each program meets you where you are, whether you’re new to EFT or have previous experience.
What’s included in each session?
Each one-on-one EFT session is a safe, supportive space where we explore what’s most present for you. I’ll guide you step by step through the tapping process to help release stress, ease emotional blocks, and bring clarity and calm. You’ll also learn simple techniques you can use between sessions to continue your progress.
Can I book just one session to start?
Yes — you’re welcome to begin with a single session to see how EFT feels for you. If you’d like to continue, you can then choose one of the multi-session packages for deeper support and savings.
How long is each session?
Each EFT session lasts approximately 75 minutes. This gives us time to check in, work through what’s most present for you, and end with grounding — so you leave feeling centered, calm, and supported.
How often should I book sessions?
That depends on what feels right for you. Many clients find that meeting every 1–2 weeks creates a good rhythm for reflection and integration between sessions. Some prefer more frequent support at the beginning, while others move at a slower pace. We’ll find a schedule that works best for your needs and lifestyle.
